Woodport Inn - Erina - Nightclub and Gaming and Alfresco Gaming

The new owners saw the potential in this hotel and brought us on board to first - totally strip and re-model the very tired and sorry looking nightclub in the basement of the hotel. On a very limited budget our brief was too create a totally new vibe and feel as part of a new name and relaunch. Works included total overhall of the Bar and bathrooms, new flooring, furniture, wall treatments and lighting. Total turnaround was completed in 2 weeks. The venue nightlcub is now the No. 1 nightclub on the central coast and is turning over more than 5 times its pre-renovation revenue.

Entrance Hotel – Hotel rooms

Design & construct turn key solution – The redevelopment involved a total strip out & refit of all the hotel rooms, lobbies & dining areas. Whilst the hotel rooms had a beautiful outlook, inside they were tired, dated & very run down. Works involved re-configuring existing room layouts, replacing power, data & lighting, creating new interconnecting rooms, remodelling bathrooms, extensive wall & floor repairs, a fresh new colour pallet & a complete new FF&E package for each room. The before & after shots speak for themselves.

Occupancy rates have more than tripled since the renovation & the rooms now have a finish & feel befitting their outlook & location.
