ESTIMATING

The Chillie Group’s established tendering systems enable us to formally respond to project specific documentation issued by Architects and or Interior Designers. 

The same level of professional care is given to compiling quotes for direct requests from our existing clientele and smaller scale projects with informal documentation.

 

 

BUDGETS

In every case, we seek to provide detailed quotations and best value solutions.

It is our mission to reduce the potential for cost blowouts before they take hold.  There are many ways to skin a cat, so we dig deep and utilise years of industry knowledge to identify best fit solutions for every scenario.

We’ve all been doing this for a long time (!) and our experience often allows us to see the short cut, without cutting corners.  Items raised for client discussion regularly include re-worked access solutions, alternative building methods and materials. 

In some cases, we may recommend simplified architectural detailing to reduce costs and improve longevity.
